Customers assume full responsibility for providing Eco Party Box with the correct mailing address. Should an order be incorrectly addressed and thus returned to Eco Party Box by Australia Post the customer will have the opportunity to be refunded (minus the actual postage cost) or have their order sent again.

The new postage fee will be the actual postage cost as quoted by Australia Post, rather than the standard $9.95 postage fee we apply to orders. 


*If you require your order on or before a certain date please email or call us on 0416 497 498 to arrange a suitable delivery option. This includes express postage if necessary. See standard delivery dates on our Postage and Handling page to get an idea of how long delivery of your order will take. This is a guide only and unless direct contact is made with us regarding delivery the customer assumes full responsibility if their order does not arrive in time for their event. 


*Please note that despite our tableware products being plant-derived they should not be consumed as food.


*For smaller orders we remove our tableware from its original packaging and repackage it in paper bags and suitably-sized boxes.


To save on packaging we will combine some orders together - so for instance for an order of red and green pom poms we will put both colour pom poms in the same bag.
